66.5 mm induction sealing liner with tear tab

A 38 μm-thick aluminium substrate and a PP peel co-extruded sealing layer form a high-performance technical construction. The suitability of the material for direct contact with food products, including dairy and dessert products, is documented, making it an excellent solution not only for the food industry but also for the professional sealing of cosmetic and other jar-based products.

Induction sealing contributes to safe sealing and product protection, while the integrated tear tab allows for simple and convenient opening.

Packaging: 1,000 pcs/package. Upon request, we can print the top surface of the sealing liner in up to 5 colours using the customer's own artwork, allowing the seal to also serve as a branding and communication surface.
